I keep checking my mail, but nothing is coming through or keeps going to my old e-mail account.

You cannot use our mail servers if you have forwarding enabled on your e-mail account. When we set-up your account all of your e-mail is forwarded to the e-mail address you supplied to us. Logon to the Web Based E-mail interface to change your account information. You will not be able to receive e-mail on our servers or access your Web site by its domain name until your domain name transfers and propagates. Please note it takes three (3) to five (5) business days to propagate new domains worldwide.

I can't pull up my account by domain name, but works fine by the IP address.

At the bottom of your account information e-mail, you will find a link to check if your domain has been moved and/or setup by Network Solutions.
